Pricing questions, straight answers.

Yes. The automation runs on Google Apps Script, which is built into your Google Workspace — which you already pay for (or use for free). There is no additional software subscription, server cost, or ongoing charge from SheetPilot. The only recurring optional cost is our Annual Maintenance Contract (₹11,999/year), which you can choose if you want ongoing support after your plan's support period ends.
Yes. You can upgrade from Starter to Growth or Business Pro at any time. We'll charge the difference between the plans (not the full new plan price), and we'll add the additional automation on top of your existing setup within 3–5 business days.
Absolutely. You can add any add-on at any time after your initial setup. Simply message us on WhatsApp, we'll scope the work, and we can typically have the add-on live within 2–3 business days.
We accept bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS/RTGS), UPI, and cheque. We issue a proper invoice with GST for all payments. A 50% advance is required before development starts, with the balance due at go-live.
We don't go live until you approve the email designs and test the automation during Day 4 testing. If something doesn't work as specified after go-live, it's covered under your support period — we fix it for free. We've never had a client who wasn't satisfied with the end result, but if you have concerns, contact us directly and we'll make it right.
